蚌埠市区第三次2型糖尿病患病现状调查

整群随机抽样调查蚌埠市区25-75岁常住居民3073人，发现人群中2型糖尿病、总糖耐量减低患病率呈快速增长趋势，2型糖尿病的发病趋于年轻化。肥胖高血压人群2型糖尿病、糖调节受损患病率明显高于正常人群。应注重早期2型糖尿病筛查。

Cross-sectional investigation of prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus in the urban district of Bengbu

To investigate the prevalence and distribution of type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） and compare glucose regulation among the permanent urban inhabitants in Bengbu. The prevalence rate of T2DM and IGT in the urban district of Bengbu showed rapid ascending tendency. From 25 to 75 years old, the prevalence rates of T2DM, IGT and IFG were 7.5%, 6.7%, 1.2% respectively （the standardized rates were 7.0 %, 6.9 % and 1.1%）. The prevalence of newly diagnosed T2DM was 30 and higher in age group of 35-54 years than in other age groups. The prevalence rates of T2DM, IGT and IFG in those with overweight, obesity, central obesity,and hypertension were significantly higher than those with normal levels of waist circumference and blood pressure （P〈0. 05）. The prevalence rates of T2DM, IGT, IFG in those with overweight, obesity, central obesity and hypertension were 6.8%, 14.8%, 9.6%, 16.8%, 5.24%, 14.3%, 8.5%, 19.1%, 1.0%, 2. 7%, 1.8%, 3.8% respectively. We should pay more attention to early screening for T2DM.
