| 摘 要： | 经络腧穴学是针灸学的核心,是指导针灸临床应用的重要基础课。为进一步拓宽学生视野,理解和掌握经络腧穴理论,使学生能从更高的角度去认识,提高具有现代知识背景的学生的认知程度,促进针灸理论的发展,指导临床实践,笔者认为可以构建新的经络腧穴学课程架构,从经穴生理学、经穴病理学、经穴诊断学和经穴治疗学四个方面重构。

| Abstract: | Theory of Channels and Collaterals is the center of science of acupuncture and moxibustion,and it is an important basic course of clinical acupuncture and moxibustion.In order to further broaden the horizons of students,to better understand and master the theory of main and collateral channels acupoints,to enable the students to know from a higher perspective,to increase the cognition degree with the back-ground of modern knowledge to students,to promote the development of the theory of acupuncture and moxibustion,to better instruct clinical practice,the author thinks that can establish the new system of theory of channels and collaterals,which can rebuild from four aspects：meridi-an physiology,meridian pathology,meridian diagnosis,meridian therapy. |
