骨科感染性伤口采用封闭式负压引流加臭氧治疗的临床护理观察

目的探讨采用封闭式负压引流技术（VSD）加臭氧治疗感染性伤口的疗效及临床护理。方法 32例感染性伤口患者均给予VSD负压封闭引流治疗7 d,局部伤口再行臭氧治疗4～6次,并配合护理干预。结果 31例患者痊愈出院,无一例并发症发生。1例患者治疗无效,转上级医院治疗。结论给予骨科感染性伤口患者VSD联合臭氧治疗,可有效促进创面愈合,同时给予优质护理可进一步改善患者的愈后,提高生活质量。

Clinical nursing observation on VSD plus ozone in the treatment of orthopaedic infective wound

Objective To investigate the effect of VSD plus ozone in the treatment of infected wounds. Methods All 32 patients with wound infection in Department of orthopedics were give VSD vacuum sealing drainage treatment for7 days, then the local wound and ozone treatment for 4～6 times with nursing intervention. Results 31 cases were cured, no complication occurred. Another 1 patient was treated with invalid, turn the hospital treatment. Conclusion Wound infection in patients with VSD combined with ozone treatment, can promote wound healing. At the same time, given the high quality of nursing, can improve the prognosis for patients, improve the quality of life.
