食管癌三维适形放疗与强调放疗物理计划的比较观察

目的探讨食管癌三维适形放疗与强调放疗物理计划的比较情况。方法分析我院2011年1月至2013年3月收治的食管癌患者60例临床资料,依据放疗方式不同进行临床随机分组,治疗Ⅰ组30例和治疗Ⅱ组30例。结果治疗Ⅱ组食管癌患者预防照射区的Dmean、D100、D95、V105、HI明显优于治疗Ⅰ组,治疗Ⅱ组食管癌患者预防照射区的V100、HI明显优于治疗Ⅰ组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论强调放疗物理计划在预防照射区和肿瘤区都能得到理想的剂量分布,并且原发病灶可获得比常规分割更高的生物等效剂量,值得临床推广应用。

The Comparative Observation of Esophageal Cancer by Three-dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy and Radiotherapy Plan Emphasizes Physical

Objective To approach comparative of esophageal cancer by three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and radiotherapy plan emphasizes physical. Method To analyze 60 cases clinical data of esophageal cancer patients in our hospital from January 2011 to March 2013, which was to be divided into two groups treatmentⅠgroup and treatmentⅡgroup. Result The Dmean, D100, D95, V105, HI of esophageal cancer PTV1 of treatmentⅡgroup were better than treatmentⅠgroup, the V100, HI of esophageal cancer PTV1 of treatment Ⅱgroup were better than treatmentⅠgroup, P＆lt;0.05, the difference were statistical signiifcance. Conclusion Emphasis on radiation dose distribution of physical planning can be ideal in the prevention of radiation zone and tumor area, and the primary lesion can be biologically equivalent dose higher than conventional segmentation obtained, which was to be used.
