沐舒坦联合中药治疗老年慢性支气管炎的疗效观察

目的：探讨沐舒坦联合中药治疗老年慢性支气管炎的疗效。方法将我院86例慢性支气管炎患者随机分为两组。试验组42例给予沐舒坦联合中药治疗。而对照组44例给予沐舒坦治疗。观察两组临床指标及临床疗效的差异。结果试验组血氧饱和度及排痰量高于对照组，有统计学差异（ P＜0.05）；试验组平均住院天数低于对照组，有统计学差异（P＜0.05）；试验组总有效率为95.2%高于对照组75.0%，有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论沐舒坦联合中药治疗老年慢性支气管炎疗效显著。其能够明显提高患者血氧饱和度及排痰量。同时降低患者住院时间。进而增加患者治疗依从性及生活质量。

Clinical Effect Observation of Mucosolvan combined Chinese Herbs for Treatment of Senile Chronic Bronchitis

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of mucosolvan combined Chinese herbs for treatment of senile chronic bron-chitis. Methods 86 patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into 2 groups. Experiment group 42 cases were given mucosolvan combined Chinese herbs while control group 44 cases were given mucosolvan for treatment. Differences between clini-cal indicators and effects of the 2 groups were observed. Results Oxygen saturation and amount of expectoration of experiment group were higher than control group （P〈0.05）;average hospital stays of experiment group was less than control group （P〈0.05）;to-tal effective rate of experiment group was 95.2% higher than control group 75.0% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mucosolvan combined Chinese herbs for treatment of senile chronic bronchitis has a significant effect. It can obviously increase oxygen saturation and amount of expectoration of patients, at the same time shorten hospital stays, thus improve treatment compliance and life qualities of patients.
