沐舒坦联合中药治疗老年慢性支气管炎的疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探讨沐舒坦联合中药治疗老年慢性支气管炎的疗效。方法将我院86例慢性支气管炎患者随机分为两组。试验组42例给予沐舒坦联合中药治疗。而对照组44例给予沐舒坦治疗。观察两组临床指标及临床疗效的差异。结果试验组血氧饱和度及排痰量高于对照组,有统计学差异( P<0.05);试验组平均住院天数低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);试验组总有效率为95.2%高于对照组75.0%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论沐舒坦联合中药治疗老年慢性支气管炎疗效显著。其能够明显提高患者血氧饱和度及排痰量。同时降低患者住院时间。进而增加患者治疗依从性及生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical effect of mucosolvan combined Chinese herbs for treatment of senile chronic bron-chitis. Methods 86 patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into 2 groups. Experiment group 42 cases were given mucosolvan combined Chinese herbs while control group 44 cases were given mucosolvan for treatment. Differences between clini-cal indicators and effects of the 2 groups were observed. Results Oxygen saturation and amount of expectoration of experiment group were higher than control group (P〈0.05);average hospital stays of experiment group was less than control group (P〈0.05);to-tal effective rate of experiment group was 95.2% higher than control group 75.0% (P〈0.05). Conclusion Mucosolvan combined Chinese herbs for treatment of senile chronic bronchitis has a significant effect. It can obviously increase oxygen saturation and amount of expectoration of patients, at the same time shorten hospital stays, thus improve treatment compliance and life qualities of patients.
