卡前列素氨丁三醇和缩宫素联合用药治疗产后出血的临床效果观察

目的：探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇和缩宫素联合用药治疗产后出血的临床效果观察。方法在2012年5月~2013年5月期间，抽样选取于本院分娩的218例产妇且将随机其均分为两组，即109例观察组产妇仅给予缩宫素，而109例实验组产妇则给予缩宫素联合卡前列素氨丁三醇，比较其治疗产后出血的临床效果。结果两组产妇产后出血量相比，实验组明显低于观察组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论对于预防产妇产后出血症状，卡前列素氨丁三醇和缩宫素联合用药取得了显著疗效，且具备操作便捷、副作用小、安全科学等优势，值得推广。

Clinical effect observation on carboprost tromethamine combined with oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To explore observation of carboprost tromethamine combined with in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage effect. Methods From May 2012 to May 2013, selecting 218 lying in women in our hospital and randomly divided them into two groups：observation group, 109 cases were only given oxytocin, and test group, 109 cases of received oxytocin combined with carboprost tromethamine, compare the clinical treatment effect of postpartum hemorrhage. Results In aspect of postpartum hemorrhage volume, the experimental group was significantly lower than the observation group, the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion For the prevention of maternal symptoms of postpartum hemorrhage, carboprost tromethamine combined with oxytocin achieved remarkable curative effect, and with convenient operation, small side effects, safety science and other advantages, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
