摘    要:目的:为自动化药房的建设提供参考。方法:从设计理念、自动化设备和设计方案等方面介绍我院南区自动化药房建设的情况,并总结其运行3年多后的效果。结果:自动化药房的设计遵循设备自动化、布局合理化、服务人性化、管理信息化等原则,结合我院药房位置、药房布局、患者流量、患者特点、服务流程等方面进行整体规划、设计,从功能上分为门诊药房和住院药房,配备了不同的自动化设备并调整了相关发药流程。自运行以来,每年节省人力成本约50万,发药差错率控制在0.01‰以内,患者等候取药时间(约1 min)缩短至原来的1/10,达到了预期目标。结论:基于整体设计的自动化药房优化了发药流程,提高了工作效率和管理效能,提高了药学服务水平。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the construction of automatic pharmacy. METHODS: The construction of au- tomatic pharmacy in the south zone of our hospital was introduced in respect of design concept, automatic device and design plan, etc. The effects of it were summarized after 3 years. RESULTS: Adhering to the principle of device automation, distribution ratio- nalization, service hommization and management informatization, etc., combined with the location of pharmacy, pharmacy distri- bution, patient flowrate, patient characteristics, service procedure, etc., automatic pharmacy was planed and designed overall. It's functionally divided into outpatient pharmacy and inpatient pharmacy, and equipped with different automatic devices and adjusted related drug delivery proceudure. The operation of automatic pharmacy reduced about 500 000 yuan labor cost, controlled dispens- ing error rate within 0.01‰, and shortened to the 1/10 the time of waiting for getting the medicine former (about 1 min). CON- CLUSIONS: The automatic pharmacy which is based on overall design optimizes the drug delivery procedure, improves work and management efficiency and promotes pharmaceutical care.
