| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肠外营养（PN）支持治疗对癌症患者化疗营养状况的改善以及免疫功能的影响。方法将140例癌症化疗患者随机分为对照组和观察组（PN组）,检测两组患者化疗前后的各项营养指标和免疫指标的变化。结果化疗前营养及免疫指标两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。3个周期化疗后营养指标ALB、PA、HB水平PN组明显高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;免疫指标C3、C4、IgA、IgM、CRP水平高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论胃肠外营养可有效地改善癌症患者化疗后机体营养状况和免疫功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of parenteral nutrition on the nutritional status and immunity after chemotherapy in cancer patients.Methods A total of 140 cases of cancer were randomly divided into conventional therapy group and parenteral nutrition group, and the indicators of nutritional status and immunity were detected in the two groups.Results The nutritional status and immune function were no significantly different before chemotherapy, and after the third cycle of chemotherapy between the two groups, the nutritional status and immune function in observation group patients restored faster than those in the control group, in these targets such as C3, C4, IgA, IgM and CRP （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Parenteral nutrition support is helpful in cancer patients after chemotherapy for the restoration of nutritional and immune function. |
