| 摘 要： | 目的:为了探讨老年高血压患者血尿酸水平变化的临床意义。方法:对50例老年高血压患者(观察组)和50例从社会人群中选择的无明显器质性疾病的老年人(对照组)进行血尿酸检查。结果:观察组的血尿酸水平均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:血尿酸水平升高具有一定的临床意义。高血压可引起肾微血管硬化。尿酸升高是因肾局部缺氧所致,某些降压药物可干预尿酸的分泌,运动量减少和高热量饮食可引起肥胖和血尿酸水平升高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinic meanings of blood uric acid level change in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods: 50 patients wilh hypertension and 50 cases of normal persons were measured for blood uric acid level. When the level of uric acid exceeded 435 pimol/L,the patients was diagnosed as hyperuricacidemia. Results: Elderly hypertensive patients had higher level of uric acid as compared with those in normal control subjects( P < 0.01) .Conclusion:The increase of uric acid has some clinic meanings . It seems that hypertension can cause renal microvessels sclerosis and uric acid level increases due to renal local hypoxia. Some antihypertensive medicine can intervene the secret of uric acid, and hypomotility and high caloric diet can result in high uric acid. |
