第二代椎间盘镜手术系统治疗青少年腰椎间盘突出症(附33例报告)

目的探讨应用第二代椎间盘镜手术系统治疗青少年腰椎间盘突出症的临床意义。方法对1999年以来，该院应用第二代椎间盘镜手术系统治疗的33例青少年腰椎间盘突出症患者进行回顾性分析，观察临床治疗效果。结果经过术后6个月-4a的随访，33例按照Nakai分级标准，优26例，良6例，可1例，差0例，手术优良率达97％。结论第二代椎间盘镜微创手术系统治疗青少年腰椎间盘突出症是一种技术先进、组织创伤少、对脊椎稳定性破坏小、临床治疗效果良好的理想的手术方法。

Treatment of lumbar disc herniation in adolescents by microendoscopic discectomy (a clinical review of 33 cases)

[Objective] To explore the clinical effects by the microendoscopic discectomy(MED) operational system treating the lumbar disc herniation in the adolescents. [Methods] Since 1999, 33 cases of the lumbar disc herniation in the adolescents in my hospital had been treated by the microendoscopic discectomy(MED) operational system were reviewed and analyzed, observing clinical treatment result. [Results] All the 33 cases were followed up for 6 months to 4 years, evaluated by Nakai standard, excellent 26 cases, good 6 cases, fair 1 case, poor 0 case, the rates of excellent and good is 97%. [Conclusion] The microendoscopic discectomy(MED) operational system treating the lumbar disc herniation in the adolescents is a kind of advanced technique, less trauma to the tissue, breaking little stability to the spinal vertebrae, the clinical treating result is good and ideal surgical operating method.
