| Abstract: | Desmoid tumor or Aggressive Fibromatosis is rarely seen in the nasal cavity and are prone to recurrences. A patient with earlier history of excision was treated with repeat ergery employing the Weber-Ferguson incision followed by post-op radiotherapy. |
