| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨剖宫产术后切口愈合不良的原因及护理方法。方法:分析21例剖宫产后愈合不良和3例切口裂开患者的临床资料及护理过程,主要因素肥胖,护理的重点在于加强术后切口的观察。结果:全部患者在产后2周内痊愈,未出现感染扩大等严重并发症,出院后患者病情良好。结论:找到切口愈合不良的影响因素,制定合理的护理方案能有效的促进切口的愈合。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate cesearean factors for faulty-union of cut and nursing.Methods: Analysis of 32 cases of faulty-union of cut and cracking of cut ,the main factor associated with fat,the emphasis is check the cut.Results:All patients were 2 weeks postpartum recovery with no other expansion of infection.Patients with good prognosis after leave.Conclusions:Find the factors of faulty-union and development of reasonable care programs. |
