护生固定病房与实施优质护理的双向促进作用

目的：研究新型带教模式,以提高护生的实习质量,更好地为患者提供优质护理服务。方法：2011年7月至2012年4月,山西省人民医院试行护生固定病房结合实施优质护理的带教模式,护生在实习期间固定于某一病房,实习结束后对护生进行考核并调查患者满意度。与之前施行的护生不固定病房的带教模式进行比较。结果：在新的带教模式下,临床带教老师可指导护生掌握精湛的技术和安全、舒适、周到的人文关怀技巧,满足患者的整体要求,患者满意度和护生整体水平都达到了预期的考核标准。结论：护生固定病房的带教模式有效地促进了优质护理服务的全面实施,在为患者提供周到服务的同时提高了护生自身素质和专业技术水平。

Two-way Promotional Effects of Fixed Wards for Nursing Students and Implementation of High Quality Nursing

Objective： To study a new teaching mode through the implementation of fixed ward for new nursing students＇ practice and to improve more comprehensive quality of the nursing students,aiming to provide a better quality care for patients.Methods： From July 2011 to April 2012,in the People＇s Hospital of Shanxi Province,trial implementation of fixed wards for nursing students＇ practice with a teaching mode was carried out： the nursing students during the internship were fixed to provide quality care for their patients in a certain ward and at the end of the internship,assessment upon nursing students＇ performance and investigation of patients＇ satisfaction were respectively fulfilled.Overall quality of nursing students in the ward with teaching mode and patients＇ satisfaction were compared with the two modes implementation between fixed wards and non-fixed wards.Results： In new teaching pattern,clinical teachers conducted nursing students to master the superb technology and safety,comfort,thoughtful humanistic care skills to meet the requirements of the patients.As a whole,patients＇ satisfaction and the overall quality of the nursing students achieved the desired appraisal standards.Conclusion： The full implementation of fixed wards for nursing students has effectively promoted the high-quality care,and provide patients with attentive service.Besides,the nursing students＇ own quality and level of professional skills are largely improved.
