经尿道悬浮离子刀电切治疗尿道狭窄

目的：探讨经尿道悬浮离子刀电切治疗尿道狭窄的临床疗效。方法：采用经尿道悬浮离子刀电切治疗尿道狭窄26例，并进行术后随访。结果：26例患者手术均获成功。术中出血量4～16mL。术后随访3～12个月，20例患者均自行排尿通畅，Qmaxl9-28mL／s。结论：经尿道悬浮离子刀电切治疗尿道狭窄，具有低温切割、切割准确、术后尿道再狭窄少等优点，是有效的微创新技术之一。

Clinical Study of Internal Urethrotomy for Urethral Stricture by Suspensive Ion-Scalpel

Objective:To investigate the effect of internal urethrotomy with suspensive ion-scalpel in treating urethral stricture.Methods:Twenty-six patients were operated on by internal urethrotomy with suspensive ionscalpel and followed up post operatively.Results:All 26 patients underwent internal urethrotomy successfully with 4~16 mL of blood lose.Twenty patients were followed up for 3 to 12 moths.All of them had satisfactory voiding,and the max urine flow rate were 19~28ml per second.Conclusion:Internal urethrotomy with suspensive ion-scalpel has the forte of lower-temperature incising,few complications,few recurrent urethral stricture and should be considered as a new minimally invasive surgery technique in urethral stricture therapy.
