剖宫产术后硬膜外镇痛泵镇痛效果观察

目的观察自控镇痛对剖宫产术后镇痛效果以及对患者恢复的影响。方法选择硬膜外麻醉剖宫产术产妇300例，随机分观察组和对照组各150例，观察组术毕接镇痛泵行硬膜外自控镇痛（patient controlled epidural analgesia,PCEA）48h拔管，对照组术毕即拔管，术后给予哌替啶50mg镇痛。观察两组术后镇痛效果，肛门排气时间，产后出血，产妇泌乳情况。结果观察组镇痛效果显著好于对照组；两组产妇肛门排气时间，产后出血，产妇泌乳情况无明显差别。结论自控镇痛用于剖宫产术后镇痛效果好，安全性高。

Observation on influence of PCEA on postoperative recovery of cesarean section

Objective To observe the influence of using PCEA on the recovery of postoperative patient with cesarean section. Methods 300 postoperative patients were randomly divided into PCEA group and control group. After the operation,the PCEA was joined to the tube of epidural analgesia and preserved for 48 hours in the study group. The effect of pain-alleviating, exsufflation, postpartum hemorrhage, lactation was compared. Results In the observing group, the patients had much less pain. There was no remarkable difference between two groups in the incidence of exsufflation,postpartum hemorrhage and lactation. Conclusion PCEA for cesarean section of postoperative analgesia, has good analgesic effects and high safety.
