| 摘 要： | 用聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测16例女阴假性湿疣皮损中的人乳头瘤病毒HPV DNA。患者年龄27～43岁,均在小阴唇内侧有对称分布光滑和丝状隆起的丘疹。组织病理改变有棘层肥厚或乳头瘤样增生,但无凹空细胞和活跃的有丝分裂相。其中8例皮损作了透射电镜研究,在角朊细胞核内未发现有病毒颗粒。所有损害内均未能检出HPV DNA,每次试验的阳性对照标本均阳性。

| Abstract: | We have analyzed specimens of pseudocondyloma of vulvae from 16 women for the presence or ab-sence of HPV DNA using the polymerase chain reaction.The patient's age ranged from 27 to 43 years.In all cases,smooth or filiform papules were symmetrically located on the inner surface of both labia minora.Histologically,thelesions consist of acanthosis or papillomatosis without koilocytes and mitotic activity.8 of 16 specimens were stud-ied by transmission electron microscopy.No HPV granules were found in the nuclei of keratinocytes.HPV DNAcould not be detected in all specimens,but in positive controls it was present in each assay.These results suggestthat the papules of pseudocondyloma of vulvae are nothing to do with HPV.Chronic irritalion and inflammationmay play the important role in pathogenesis. |
