| 摘 要： | 以原位杂交法观察外周血白细胞内皮型和诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)mRNA的表达。糖尿病患者这二种类型NOSmRNA的表达明显高于正常对照者 (P <0 .0 1) ,糖尿病肾病患者的表达又高于无肾病的糖尿病患者 (P <0 .0 1) ,提示外周血白细胞NOSmRNA的表达水平与糖尿病的发生发展有关。 |

| Abstract: | mRNA expressions of endothelial and inducible nitric oxide synthases (NOS) in peripheral blood leucocytes were observed by in situ hybridization. mRNA expressions of two NOSs in the diabetic patients were higher than those in normal control (P<0.01) and mRNA expressions of two NOSs in the diabetic patients with nephropathy were higher than those in the diabetic patients without nephropathy, suggesting that the levels of NOS mRNA expressions are associated with pathogenesis and development of diabetes mellitus. |
