| 摘 要： | 目的为研究心室重构的发生、发展机制及评价治疗,提供简单易行的大鼠心室重构实验模型。方法大鼠以3%戊巴比妥钠麻醉,经气管插管,左胸第3、4肋间开胸,结扎左冠状动脉前降支,4周后行心脏彩超左心室功能及组织形态学检查。结果术后4周内大鼠死亡率为23.3%,存活4周的大鼠心肌梗死率可达76.7%,心室功能及心肌组织发生了改变。结论结扎大鼠冠状动脉前降支制作心肌梗死模型简单、有效、重复性好,可为研究心室重构提供稳定的实验模型。
