| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药九华膏在肛瘘挂线术后换药中的作用。方法：按入组顺序将68例患者平均分为两组。对照组34例采取术后常规治疗和护理措施，观察组34例采用优质护理措施，并使用中药九华膏换药治疗。结果：观察组术后第3天和第7天VAS评分均少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组和对照组患者对护理工作的非常满意率分别为85．29％、44．12％，总满意率分别为100％、97．06％；组间比较，总满意卒差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），非常满意率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中药九华膏换药联合优质护理有助于减轻肛瘘挂线术后创面疼痛，促进切口愈合，提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the application of Jiuhua ointment and high-quality nursing care for patients after anal fistula surgery. Methods： 68 cases were divided into controlled group and observation group. The observation group were addi- tionally given high-quality nursing care and Jiuhua ointment on the basis of conventional treatment and care. Results ： The VAS scores at the 3rd and 7th day after the surgery, the differences between the two groups had statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The very satisfaction rate about nursing care of the observation group and the controlled group respectively was 85.29%, 44. 12% and the differences had statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Jiuhua Ointment and high-quality nursing care can reduce incision pain, promote wound healing, improve satisfaction of patients about nursing care. |
