参麦注射液对椎基底动脉供血不足患者椎基底动脉血流速度影响的研究

目的比较参麦注射液和丹参注射液对气血亏虚型椎基底动脉供血不足（VBI）患者椎基底动脉血流速度影响的差异。方法选择气血亏虚型的椎基底动脉供血不足患者作为研究对象,应用具有补益气血作用的参麦注射液治疗（治疗组56例）,并与活血化瘀的丹参液相对比（对照组42例）,所有患者治疗前后均进行TCD检测,分别测定左/右椎动脉（LVA/RVA）、基底动脉（BA）的平均血流速度（Vm）。结果参麦注射液组在改善临床症状、增加TCD检查中椎基底动脉血流速度等方面,均优于丹参液组。结论应用中成药同样必须遵循中医辨证论治的原则,才能收到更好的疗效。

A Clinical Study on Shen Mai Injection on the VBI Patients with Vertebrobasilar Artery Blood Flow Velocity

Objective To compare blood flow velocity differences of the Shenmai injection and Danshen injection on VBI patients with vertebrobasilar artery.Methods Research was conducted on qi and blood deficient patients with vertebral basilar insufficiency.The 56 cases in the treatment group were treated with Shenmai injection with tonic effect,while the 42 cases in the control group were treated with Danshen injection with blood circulation effects.The left / right vertebral artery（LVA / RVA） and the average flow velocity（Vm） of basilar artery（BA） in both groups were detected by the TCD tests before and after treatment respectively.Results The results show that the treatment group has much better results in the improvement of clinical symptoms and TCD examination of vertebrobasilar flow rate than the control group.Conclusion When applying proprietary Chinese medicines,the principles of traditional Chinese medicine must be followed in order to ensure better effects.
