疏风止咳法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的理论探讨

探讨了疏风止咳法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的基本原理,认为咳嗽变异性哮喘以咳嗽为主要症状,主要病因病机为风邪犯肺,邪阻肺络,肺失宣肃、肺管不利、气道挛急,其病机既有肺气上逆之咳嗽的特点,又有哮喘气道高反应性的特征,其治疗应运用疏风止咳法以宣肃肺气、通利肺络、使邪外达、气道复安,提出了疏风止咳法是治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的主要治则之一。

Theoretic exploration on treating cough with variant asthma by shufengzhike method

This article discussed the fundamental theory about the Shufengzhike(dispelling wind and relieving cough) method in treating cough with variant asthma.It was considered that cough is the main symptom in cough with variant asthma.It main pathogen and patho-genesis were pathogen wind invading lung,pathogen hindering lung collaterals,impairment of dispersing and purifying function of lung,not promoting of airway and airway spasm.Its characteristics of pathogenesis had not only the cough of lung qi ascending but also hyper-response of air passage.The treatment would take Shufengzhike method to disperse the lung qi,smooth the lung collaterals,expulse the pathogen,and let airway to be peaceful.It was proposed that the Shufengzhike method is one of the main principle in treating cough with variant asthma.
