PICC健康教育画册在围置管期患者中的应用

目的普及经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管术（PICC）相关知识，提高置管期患者自我护理能力。方法采用3日培训法、问卷调查和随访咨询对256例患者进行健康教育，并随机分为试验组和对照组各128例，试验组采用PICC健康教育画册，对照组采用普通PICC文字宣传材料。比较2组PICC并发症的发生率及导管留置时间。结果试验组置管期PICC并发症的总发生率为11．72％，较对照组的24．22％明显降低（P〈0．01）；试验组导管使用寿命比对照组延长（P〈0．05）。结论使用健康教育画册培训PICC置管期患者可显著降低并发症的发生率，延长导管留置时间。

Application of PICC health education albllm to patients in the catheterization period

Objective To popularize the related knowledge of PICC and improve self-care abilities of patients in the catheterization period. Methods Totally 256 patients received health education by three-day training,questionnaire and follow-up consultation. The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group （n=128） and control group （n=128）. Health education album was used in the experimental group,while common publicizing data were used in the control group. The incidence of PICC complications and indwelling time were analyzed. Results The experimental group had lower complications incidence than control group （P〈0.01）. The average indwelling time showed significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Application of PICC health education album in patients can reduce the incidence of complications significantly and prolong indwelling time of the catheter.
