彩超检测人血管内皮功能与血浆同型半胱氨酸关系的研究

摘    要:目的 应用彩超检测人血管内皮功能,探讨人血管内皮功能与血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的关系。方法 应用彩超检测人血管内皮功能,用ELISA法测定血浆HCY。结果 血管内皮功能障碍组血浆HCY浓度高于正常组(P〈0.05);多因素分析显示血浆HCY浓度与血管内皮功能密切相关。结论 HCY与血管内皮功能密切相关,可能参与了血管内皮功能障碍的发生发展过程;应用高分辨率彩超评价血管内皮功能的方法简便、准确,临床易推广。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between vascular endothelial function,measured by ultrasound technique,and plasma homocysteine.Methods Concentration of plasma homocysteine was measured by ELISA and vascular endothelial function was measured by ultrasound technique.Results In the cases with vascular endothelial dysfunction (VEDF),the level of HCY was significantly higher than those with normal one.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed a significant correlation between the vascular endothelial function and HCY.Conclusion HCY is closely related to vascular endothelial function,and may play an important role in pathogenesis of VEDF.Measuring vascular endothelial function by ultrasound technique is a simple,precise method and can be apply to clinical practice easily.
