脑梗死所致同侧肢体功能障碍的CT分析

摘    要:目的:探讨脑梗死致同侧肢体功能障碍的可能性及原因。方法:结合临床资料对37例一侧肢体功能障碍与颅脑CT示同侧脑梗死的关系进行分析。结果:37例患者出现同侧梗死灶43个,其中左侧病灶22个,右侧病灶21个;病灶位于基底节者31个,丘脑4个,放射冠2个,脑叶6个。肢体运动障碍左侧25例,右侧12例。结论:脑梗死可导致同侧肢体功能障碍,且右侧梗死灶致同侧肢体运动障碍的发生率低于左侧。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the possible causes of ipsilateral limbs dysfunction caused by cerebral infarction Methods The clinical data of 37 patients, in whom the ipsilateral limb dysfunction was noted after suffering from cerebral infarction, were retrospcetively analyzed Results Forty three ipsilateral cerebral infarction foci were detected on CT scans in 37 cases, among which 22 occurred in the left side and 21 in the right side 31 foci were found in the basal ganglia, 4 in the thalamus, 2 in the corona radiata, and 6 in the brain lobes Motor dysfunction of left limbs occurred in 25 cases, and right limb dysfunction in 12 Conclusion Ipsilateral limbs dysfunction may be seen in patients with cerebral infarction,and the incidence of such an instance seems to be more common in patients with left sided cerebral infarction
