| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃大部切除术后胃瘫的诊断与治疗。方法 对胃大部切除后胃瘫的诊断方法和治疗方法及效果进行了分析。结果 11例经保守治疗痊愈。结论 胃瘫确诊后可行保守法治愈,而不需再次手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To study diagnosis and treatment of gastropasis ofter gastrectomy. Methods 11 cases of gastropasis diagnosis and treatment were analysed. Results All cases are treated with medical therapy including one post reoperation.Conclusion Gastropasis is no need for reoperation, it only medical therepy. |
