| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的手术指征。方法:回顾分析23例SAP的预后。结果:4例死于急性反应期,3例死于全身感染期,并发休克、脓毒血症、MOF是主要死亡原因。结论:SAP应选择性地采用手术治疗,特别是并发胰周或腹腔感染。

| Abstract: | Objective: TO investigate operation indication for severe acute pancreatitis. (SAP). Methods: We retrospectively analyze the outcome of 23 cases of SAP. Results: Four cases died in the period of acute reaction. Three cases died of infection of all body. The complications of MOF and blood poisoning and shock were the main causes of their deaths. Conclusions: Operation should be considered as a thera-pectic method according to their different pathophysiology changes. Especially cause infection of pancreas or abdomindal cavity to heppen. |
