| 摘 要： | 本文对42例流行性出血热(EHF)患者各期胃粘膜损害进行观察,表明EHF 出血性胃炎具有特征性:消化道症状越重,胃粘膜损害越重,多样损害交互重迭存在,病变部位以胃底胃体部较重,而胃窦部次之(P<0.05),重者可累及食道、贲门、十二指肠,直视图象与组织病理学改变与其他任何原因所致的胃粘膜损害迥然不同。讨论了 EHF 患者做胃镜检查安全性及临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | The damage of gastric mucosa in 42 cases with epidemic hemorrhagic fever was obse- rved.The results show that hemerihagic gastritis is characteristic,and the more severe the damage of gastric mucosa is,the more obvious the hemorrhage of gastric mucosa. Diverse damages present crisscross in the same patient.The most severe location of gas- tric mucosa damage is situated at gastric fundus and body,and antrum comes the second (P<0.05).The mucosa of esophagus,cardia and duodenum is involved in the severe case The future of gastric mucosa damage by gasiroscopy and the histo-pathological changes is utterly different compared with other causes of gastric damage.The safety and clinical value of gastrescopy are discussed. |
