衣原体感染及其与脊柱关节病的关系研究进展

脊柱关节病是一组累及中轴、外周关节及关节周围软组织为主的慢性炎症性疾病。具体病因还不清楚,感染被认为是重要的致病因素之一。衣原体是一种专细胞内寄生的原核型微生物,主要通过免疫反应致病,对人类有致病性的主要包括沙眼衣原体、肺炎衣原体和鹦鹉热衣原体。衣原体感染与本组疾病的关系逐渐受到重视,如反应性关节炎、瑞特综合征、未分化脊柱关节病等。

Progress of Chlamydia Infection and its Relationship with Spondyloarthropathies

Spondyloarthropathies( SpA) are a group of common inflammatory rheumatic diseases characterized by axial and peripheral arthritis. The etiology of SpA is unclear while infection is considered as an important pathogenic factor. Chlamydiae are obligate intracellular prokaryotic pathogens,which can cause many diseases though immune responses. Human pathogenic chlamydia include chlamydia trachomatis,chlamydia pneumoniae and chlamydia psitacci. Chlamydia infection has been implicated in the pathogenesis of arthritis, including reactive arthritis,Reiter′s syndrome,and undifferentiated spondylarthritis.
