新生儿患儿父母的心理状况调查及对策

目的了解新生儿患儿父母的心理状况,并提出相应的护理对策。方法采用自行设计的新生儿患儿父母的心理状况调查表及状态一特质焦虑量表对50例患儿的父亲、母亲的心理状态进行调查。结果影响新生儿患儿父母心理状态有:父母对疾病知识的缺乏,担心子女不能得到很好的照顾,担心治疗失败,以及对患儿预后的担心均占70%以上。患儿父亲焦虑评分为57.10±7.96,显著高于常模39.71±8.89;患儿母亲焦虑评分为63.10±7.96,显著高于常模38.97±8.45。结论新生儿患儿父母普遍存在心理问题。对患儿父母进行有效的心理对策,能消除或减轻患儿父母的心理障碍;提高护理工作效率,有利于患儿康复。

Investigation and intervention of paychologic status of the parents of children in the hospitalize

Objective To study the paychologic status of the parents of children in the hospitalize.Methods 100 parents of children in the hospitalize were investigated with self made questionnaire.Results The main paychological status factors in parents of children in the hospitalize were as follows:lack knowledge;infants will not receive good care ;the therapy fail ;worries about the prognosis all accounting for more than 70%, The anxiety score was significantly higher than the norm. Conclusion Paychologic problems exist in the parents of children in the hospitalize ,Effective paychological measures is the key to alleviation of their mental disorder and improve nursing efficency.
