摘    要:本文比较了石河子地区不同缺碘状态及不同防治水平下277名6~16岁儿童少年的体格发育和骨龄。发现环境缺碘而未充分补碘病区的儿童少年身高、体重匀称度及发育等级均落后于不缺碘地区,骨龄和身高还落后于缺碘,但补碘较好的地区。骨龄比非缺碘地区落后0.768岁,比补碘充足的地区低0.238岁,其中以骨龄延迟的差异最显著。本文还观察了推广加碘盐后身高、骨龄的变化,说明补碘能促进儿童骨骼发育,而且补碘越早,作用越显著。

Abstract:This paper is dealt with the influence of iodine dificiency on the development and bone age of 277 children and adolescents aged from 6 to 16 under different preventive and curative levels. Through comparison, we found there is retardation of children in height, weight and development in the rural areas, lacking iodine or without sufficient compensation of iodine. In the iodine-lacking districts, the bone age is retarded by 0.768 year compared with that in the iodine-normal districts and by 0.238 yr with the districts with sufficient iodine compensation. The development of bone age bears remarkable difference in different districts. And also we found that salt with iodine supplement might improve the height, bone age and physical development of children. The earlier this kind of salt is applied, the more obvious effect is expected.
