| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the consultation of anti-infective drugs. Methods: Three cases of clinical consultations of rare pathogen (Hypermastigote, Streptococcus gallolyticus and Candida haemulonii) infections by clinical pharmacists were analyzed. Results: The clinical pharmacists adjusted the individual dosage regimen and provided high-quality pharmaceutical services based on the characteristics of the pathogens, the patient''s disease status and the pharmacological effects of anti-infective drugs. Conclusion: The participation of clinical pharmacists in the consultation of anti-infective drugs can optimize the therapeutic regimen, which is of great significance for improving clinical efficacy. |
