| 摘 要： | 本文报道了20例用锡壶饮酒引起慢性铅中毒误诊的病人,列举了典型病例,分析了误诊原因.最容易误诊为缺铁性贫血,全部病人均有不同程度的贫血和腹疼,故提出对腹疼伴贫血者,应警惕有无慢性铅中毒。

| Abstract: | In this article twenty misdiagnosis cases of chronic lead poisoning caused by tin drinking pot are reported,the typical cases of them are enumerated and the reasons for misdiagnosis are analysed.The patients all have different abdominal pains and anemia,which is easily misdiagnosed as iron deficiency anemia.The patients of abdo- minal pains with anemia are suggested to watch out for whether they are with or without chronic lead poisoning. |
