偏头痛患者超敏C反应蛋白的变化及阿司匹林疗效的观察

目的 探讨超敏C反应蛋白（CRP）的变化与偏头痛发病机制的关系，研究阿司匹林治疗偏头痛疗效及对超敏C反应蛋白的影响。方法 分别对107例偏头痛患者和92例健康人进行超敏CRP的测定；再将病例组随机分为阿司匹林治疗组52例和非阿司匹林组55例，在给以中药全天麻胶囊治疗的同时，阿司匹林组给以小剂量阿司匹林（100mg）治疗。给药1个月后分别进行超敏C反应蛋白的测定。结果 偏头痛惠者血清超敏CRP的含量明显高于对照组，加用阿司匹林后，疗效明显提高，且阿司匹林有降低超敏C反应蛋白的作用。结论 超敏C反应蛋白的增高与偏头痛的发生有关，小剂量阿司匹林可通过降低超敏C反应蛋白的舍量起到有效的治疗作用。

The variance of C-reaction protein of patiens with migraine and the therapeutic effect of aspirin

Objective To investigate the relationship between C-reaction protein and migraine,and to research the therapeutic effect of aspirin and it's contribution to migraine.Methods Serum supersensitive CRP was measured in 107 patients with migraine and 92 normal subjects.Then we parted 107 patients into tow subgroups randomly,one contain 52 patients who were given both Tianma caps and aspirin 100mg for one month,the other contain 55 patients who were only given Tianma caps for one month.Whereafter we measured Serum supersensitive CRP.Results The content of supersensitive CRP in patients is more than in normal subjects significantly.Aspirin is effective in either healing migraine or reducing CRP.Conclusion The rising of CRP have something to do with migraine.Low dose of aspirin can reduce supersensitive CRP and is valid in therapia to migraine.
