在新世纪综合国力的竞争中，人才的竞争占重要地位，因此中医药教育的改革势在必行。根据新世纪中医药人才的要求，通才教育必须引入中医药教学机制，而学分制是实现通才教育的必由之路。从目前中医药教育现状出发，全面实施学分制在客观上受到一定限制，而远程教育的优势则可以解决其中许多问题，因此，对于培养新世纪中医药人才具有重要意义。

View on Long-distance Education and Training in New Century's Talent Personnel of TCM

The competion of training personnel lives in a important position in the competition of new century's comprehensive national power, so the reform of TCM education must be enforced. According to the needs of the talent personnel of TCM in new century,the education of accomplished talent must be brought in teaching mechanism of TCM, and the credit system is the only way to realize the education of accomplished talent.From the present situation of education of TCM,though it will meet a certain limit to comprehensive carry out the credit system, the superiority of long-distance education can help it solving a lot problems, so, it has a important meaning in training new century's talent personnel of TCM.
