周围型肺癌的CT征象与MMP-2表达的相关性研究

目的:探讨周围型肺癌CT征象与MMP-2表达间的关系。方法:本组58例周围型肺癌患者,均采用螺旋扫描,采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测肿瘤组织MMP-2的表达。实验数据经spss10.0统计软件包进行统计学处理。结果:肺癌MMP-2的异常表达与肿瘤的大小、棘突征、胸膜侵犯、淋巴转移明显相关(P<0.05)。而与毛刺征、血管集中征、空洞征、胸膜凹陷征、分叶征无关(P>0.05)。结论:MMP-2异常表达有助于肺癌影像征象表现的多样性和复杂性,CT又可反映肺癌的生物学特征。

Study on the correlation of Spiral CT features with expression of MMP-2 in peripheral lung cancer

Objective:To investigate the correlation of Spiral CT features with expression of MMP-2 in peripheral lung cancer.Methods:Spiral CT scan were performed in 58 patients with peripheral lung cancer which confirmed by pathology,Expression of MMP-2 in 58 cases were examined with SP immunohistochemical techniques.Spiral CT findings were compared with expression of MMP-2.Results:The abnormal expression rate of MMP-2 was 55.17%.The abnormal expression of MMP-2 was associated with the CT features,such as lymph node metastasis,pleural invasion and the size of tumor (P<0.05),but was not related to cavity sign,spicular sign,vessel convergence sign,et al.(P>0.05).Conclusion:MMP-2 gene over expression may play an important role in the pathogenesis and CT appearance of lung cancer and can be considered as a predicting marker of prognosis.
