结直肠癌患者血清UGT1A8、CA19-9、CEA联合检测对早期临床诊断的指导价值

目的：探讨血清CA19-9、CEA、UGT联合检测对消化道肿瘤结肠癌的诊断价值技其临床意义。方法：取患者清晨空腹外周静脉血，分离血清，川化学发光法榆测肿瘤标记物CEA，CA19-9酶联免疫法检测UGTlA8。结果：结直肠痈患者血清CEA榆测值明显升高，与正常对照组相比有显著差芹，P〈0．01，CA19-9检测值也升高，与正常对照组相比也有明显差异，P〈0．05，而结肠癌患者血清UGTIA8检测水平却明显降低，P〈0．01。结论：UGTIA8、CEA和CA19-9联合检测可捉高肿瘤诊断的准确率。

Combined detection of serum UGT1A8, CA19 -9, CEA in patients with colorectal cancer

Objective：To study the diagnostic value and clinical significance for rectal cancer with determination of serum UGT, CEA and CA19 -9. Methods： Fourty colorectal cancer sermn and thirty healthy person serum were de- terminated by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results：CEA was distinctly increased in the colorectal cancer serum than in the healthy conlrasl group serum （ P 〈 0.01 ）, CAl 9 - 9 was increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. However, UGT was distinctly lower in the eolorectal cancer serum than in the healthy contrast group serum（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conehl- sion：Combined detection of CEA,CA19 -9 and UGT1 A8 is usetul for the diagnosis of colon rectal cancer.
