长期生存急性白血病38例临床及预后因素分析

目的:总结分析收治的长期生存38例急性白血病(AL)患者的临床情况,并探讨其影响预后的多种相关因素。方法:分析1981年~1994年958例中长期生存10年以上38例AL患者的临床及实验室资料。结果:38例生存10年以上者,ANLL26例(M2 12例,M3 13例,M4 5例,M5 5例),ALL 12例(L1 5例、L2 7例)。最大年龄47岁,30岁以上仅4例。达完全缓解时间较短,完全缓解后坚持强化,化疗时间为3~5年。结论:白血病细胞类型、达初次缓解的疗程和时间、年龄、个体化治疗是影响急性白血病患者生存的重要原因。

Clinical analysis and prognosis factors of 38 long-tern survival patients with acute leukemia

Objective: To sum up the clinical characteristics and analyze prognosis factors in 10-year longwterm survivors with acute leukemia.Methods: Analyze Clinical features and laboratory results of 38 patients entered 10-year long-term survival Between1981 and 1994 of all 958 patients with acute leukemia.Results: Of all the 38 patients,26 cases were acute non-lymphobastic leukemia(ANLL)(including M2 12 cases,M3 13 cases,M4 5 cases,M5 5cases),12 were acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL),the average age were 19.87 years old(4～47),all patients insisting in consolidating therapy after complete remission(CR),The total chemotherapy time were 3～5 years according to patient condition.Conclusion: The leukemia subtype、the age、the time to complete remission(CR)and individual therapy were important factors which could influent the long survive time of acute leukemia patients.
