| 摘 要： | 目的：了解肾病综合征（nephrotic syndrome，NS）患者血和尿IL-8水平的变化及意义。方法：采用ELISA夹心法测定47例肾病综合征患者在疾病活动期和激素冲击治疗8周后血清及晨尿IL-8的水平，以38例健康体检者作对照。结果：NS患者血清及尿IL-8含量显著高于正常对照组（P＜0．01），但与血清肌酐（sCr）无显著相关性（r：0．14，P＞0．05和r=O．06，P＞0．05）；激素治疗8周后，血、尿IL-8水平均显著降低，与治疗前比较，P＜0．05。结论：IL-8与Ns的发病机制有关，测量血、尿IL-8有助于判断Ns患者肾脏的炎症活动情况。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the change and significance of IL-8 from serum and urine in patients with NS.Methods: IL-8 levels of serum and urine were determined by Sandwich-ELISA within 47 NS active period and 8 weeks after treating with steroid impact,38 healthy volunteers were used as control. Results: Serum and urine levels of IL-8 in patients with NS were significantly higher than those in control,but there was no correlation between serum or urine IL-8 and sCr(r=0.14,P>0.05 and r=0.06,P>(0.05));Serum and urine IL-8 levels of post-treatment was significantly lower than that of pre-treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: IL-8 might be involved in the pathogenesis of the NS,serum and urine IL-8 level help to evaluate the inflammmation of the kindey. |
