| 摘 要： | 目的探讨改善吞咽动作训练治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍疗效。方法对19例脑卒中伴有吞咽障碍患者进行改进的方法训练，用才藤7级分类法判定疗效。结果全部患者总有效率89.5％。结论改善吞咽动作训练方法能有效地提高脑卒中吞咽障碍的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of swallowing t raining on swallowing disorders following stroke.Methed Niniteen stroke patient with swallowing problems we re treated by modified swallowing tr aining.The assessment described by Saitou was used in 7grades.Result The rate of improvement of patients with swallowing disorders was 89.5%.Conclusion Modified swallowing training is effective on stroke patients with swallowing problems. |
