| 摘 要： | 目的：对异位阑尾炎的临床症状和体征进行总结分析，以减少误诊。方法：对23例异位阑尾炎患者给予手术与抗茵药物同步治疗。结果23例异位阑尾炎均治愈出院，其中术后并发切口感染6例，腹腔残余脓肿2例，粘连性肠梗阻2例，切口裂开1例。结论：异住阑尾炎治疗的关键在于尽早明确诊断，尽快手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize and analyze signs and symptoms of ectopic appendicitis to downsize diagnostic errors. Methods: 23 ectopic appendicitis was treated with surgery and anti-bacterial agents.Results: of all patients 6 with incision infection, 2 peritoneal remnant abcess,2 intestinal obstruction, and 1 incision rupture. Conclusion: It is vital for ectopic appendicitis that the patients were diagnosed and operated as soon. |
