非糖尿病急性心肌梗死合并应激性高血糖患者血浆脑钠肽水平变化

目的探讨血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平在非糖尿病急性心肌梗死(AMI)合并应激性高血糖患者病情评估中的作用。方法将我院2010年1月至11月收治的AMI患者60例患者根据空腹血糖值分为两组,非糖尿病AMI合并应激性高血糖组(试验组)36例(血糖≥7.0 mmol/L),AMI未合并应激性高血糖组(对照组)24例(血糖<7.0 mmol/L),在发病后24 h行血浆BNP浓度检测。结果发病后24 h血浆BNP水平在非糖尿病AMI合并应激性高血糖组明显高于AMI未合并应激性高血糖组[(671.87±631.71)ng/L vs(299.53±455.67)ng/L,P<0.01]。结论血浆BNP水平可以判断非糖尿病AMI合并应激性高血糖患者病情危重程度。

The Changes of the Plasma Brain Natriuretic Peptide Concentration in the Non-diabetic Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients with Stress Hyperglycemia

Objective To explore and discuss the assessment roles of plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) concentrations in the non-diabetic acute myocardial infarction(AMI) patients with stress hyperglycemia.Methods Patients(60 cases) from January to November in 2010 in our hospital with AMI were divided into two groups based on fasting plasma glucose,non-diabetic AMI with stress hyperglycemia group(experimental group)(blood glucose≥7.0 mmol/L) 36 cases and AMI with normal plasma glucose(control group)(blood glucose<7.0 mmol/L) 24 cases.The plasma BNP concentrations of all patients were measured 24 h after onset.Results Compared with control group,the BNP concentrations after 24 h were significantly increased in experimental group(671.87±631.71) ng/L vs(299.53±455.67) ng/L(P<0.01).Conclusion The levels of plasma BNP concentrations can be used to determine the severity of illness in the non-diabetic AMI patients with stress hyperglycemia.
