扩张型心肌病动物模型的实验研究进展

近年来,扩张型心肌病(DCM)的发病率、致残率和致死率逐年递增。目前尚无特异有效的治疗方法,其愈后极差。建立理想的DCM动物模型,最大限度地模拟DCM临床病理生理过程,为研究该病变提供实验基础至关重要。目前,建立DCM动物模型的主要方法包括静脉或腹腔注射药物诱导法、快速心室起搏法和免疫诱导法等。现就目前DCM动物模型建立的实验研究及其进展予以综述。
