糖尿病心肌病发病机制及对心功能影响的研究进展

糖尿病是当今世界最常见的慢性病之一,其患病率及病死率正逐年增加,且发病年龄逐渐年轻化。在糖尿病的诸多并发症中,糖尿病心肌病(DCM)危害性极大,可导致糖尿病患者的病死率大幅升高。DCM的发病机制复杂,涉及心肌能量代谢紊乱、氧化应激、心肌间质细胞改变、细胞膜功能改变、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统过度激活、蛋白激酶C等多项机制。现就DCM的发病机制及对心功能的影响予以综述。
