| 摘 要： | 病毒性肝炎的发病机制迄今为止尚未完全明确,乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)及丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)所致肝炎可能是肝脏细胞免疫防御反应病毒入侵的结果。B1细胞是新近认识的一种B细胞亚群,CD5分子是其特征性分子标志。CD5+B1细胞是机体防御肝炎病毒入侵的重要天然免疫细胞。CD5+B1细胞与机体内HBV感染的慢性化密切相关。CD81与CD5间通过分子串话机制直接参与HCV对宿主细胞的感染。
