抗生素的过量使用与细菌耐药性关系研究

摘    要:目的:探讨过量使用抗生素与细菌耐药性的关系,为临床上合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法:2005年1月~2010年12月,对我所G-感染菌药敏试验进行连续观察。病原菌培养按常规方法培养分离,获纯菌后鉴定到种,共培养出337株致病菌(真菌除外)。结果:选取的305例细菌感染患者使用第三代头孢菌素居第一位(41.39%),其次为喹诺酮类(29.80%);5种细菌对头孢呋肟的耐药性最高。从305例患者标本中共分离培养出337株病原菌,依次为铜绿假单胞菌183株、肺炎克雷伯菌70株、大肠埃希菌46株、阴沟杆菌22株、金黄色葡萄球菌16株。结论:临床过量应用抗生素不合理可使细菌产生耐药性,G-菌对头孢一、二代及青霉素有较高耐药性,而对三代头孢菌素、喹诺酮类耐药性逐渐增加。
