我院细菌性肺炎的病原学研究

摘    要:目的研究我院细菌性肺炎患者对不同抗生素的耐药性。方法共120例感染有细菌性肺炎患者,进行不同抗生素的药敏试验、抑菌圈大小和治愈人数的研究。结果细菌对一线抗菌药物的耐药比例为28.3%。二线抗生素,如亚胺培南西司他丁钠、羧噻吩青霉素钠-棒酸钾的耐药的比例分别为:2.5%、4.2%。对三线抗生素的耐药比例为0%。一线抗生素中,氧哌嗪青霉素和阿奇霉素的抑菌圈最小,头孢呋肟、左氧氟沙星其次;二线抗生素其次;三线抗生素的抑菌圈最大。通过使用一二线抗生素1,00%的患者可达到抗菌和治疗疾病的效果。结论我院细菌性肺炎患者对不同抗生素的耐药性研究效果满意,且用一线和二线抗生素就能达到较好的临床效果。
