| 摘 要： | 对氧磷酶(PON)是一类能催化水解磷酸酯键的芳香酯酶,能够水解高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白分子中的氧化型磷脂,具有抗氧化作用。PON活性异常与动脉粥样硬化发生密切相关,PON日益受到重视。随着临床和分子生物学的进展发现,PON的活性与多囊卵巢综合征及其并发症密切相关,但在国内尚未见报道。现就此研究进展作一综述。
