| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪、尿干化学分析仪与显微镜检查在尿路感染中的临床应用价值。方法用无菌容器收集中段尿标本,分别作尿沉渣分析、干化学分析与显微镜检查,同时作尿细菌培养。结果 UF-1000i检查白细胞、细菌有较高的敏感性(82.6%),但是假阳性率非常高(29.7%);干化学检测亚硝酸盐、白细胞酯酶在诊断尿路感染中有较高的假阴性率(28.2%),但有较高的特异性(92.9%);显微镜检查灵敏度较低(56.5%)。结论三种检验方法均有优点和局限性,但三种方法联合建立阳性标本报警系统,对检验结果阴性的标本进行筛检可减少无效劳动。
