| 摘 要： | 前交叉韧带(ACL)的损伤分为完全断裂和部分断裂两种。对于不同年龄、不同程度的ACL损伤的治疗方法一直存在争论。医师们对于手术治疗的方法探索得较多,但往往忽视了简单有效的保守治疗。现就ACL部分损伤的患者、老年人和儿童ACL完全断裂等可以进行保守治疗并能获得较好预后的几种损伤情况进行综述。

| Abstract: | Anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) injuries are divided into two kinds,completed rupture and partial rupture.Doctors have different opinions about cases with different ages and degrees,while more exploration is made in surgical treatment,the simple effective conservative treatment is often neglected.Here is to make a summary of several injury situations such as ACL partial rupture,elderly people and children with ACL completed rupture,which can obtain better prognosis after conservative treatment. |
