三维CT扫描颅骨凹陷粉碎型骨折96例诊治体会

目的探讨三维CT扫描对颅骨凹陷性粉碎型骨折诊断治疗的意义。方法回顾性分析2004年6月至2010年5月收治的96例颅骨凹陷粉碎型骨折患者,根据三维CT扫描资料,采取不同的手术方式治疗。结果 9例患者行非手术治疗,87例患者采取手术治疗。其中29例先行颅骨碎骨片清除术,术后4～6个月择期行颅骨修补术。58例患者行一次性手术治疗。结论三维CT扫描对颅骨凹陷粉碎型骨折患者诊断及治疗方法提供了确切的依据,患者可得到较好的疗效。
